Why Cambridge

The Cambridge Pathway

Cambridge Pathway students have the chance to acquire the knowledge and skills they need to achieve at school, university and beyond.

The four stages lead seamlessly from primary to secondary and pre-university years. Each stage from Cambridge Primary, Cambridge Lower Secondary, Cambridge Upper Secondary and Cambridge Advanced – builds on the learners’ development from the previous one, but can also be offered separately. Similarly, each syllabus adopts a ‘spiral’ approach, building on previous learning to help advance students study. Our curriculum reflects the latest thinking in each subject area, drawn from expert international research and consultation with schools.

Ready for the Future

Cambridge International helps learners develop thinking and learning skills so that they become confident, responsible, reflective, innovative and engaged, ready to tackle the demands of tomorrow’s world and capable of shaping a better world for the future.

Success in Cambridge qualifications often opens doors to the world’s best universities in the USA, the UK, Australia, Canada, South Africa and beyond.

Advanced skills and preparedness for the best opportunities available to learners after school are what you would expect from an organisation that is part of the world-leading University of Cambridge.

Teaching and Learning

We design Cambridge programs to support the development of learners who are confident, responsible, reflective, innovative and engaged – the attributes of the Cambridge learner.

Examinations/Assessments

We recognise that assessment has two important roles: to prove and improve – to prove what students are learning, and to suggest how they can improve their understanding and skills.

International Recognition

It is vital that Cambridge students can be confident that their qualifications will be understood and valued throughout their education and career, in their home country and internationally.

Global Community

It is vital that Cambridge students can be confident that their qualifications will be understood and valued throughout their education and career, in their home country and internationally.

We believe one of the benefits of being a Cambridge school is belonging to a worldwide education community. Nearly a million learners from 10000 schools in 160 countries are currently preparing for their future with our programmes and qualifications.
